Show #147: June 20, 2010 - 'The Return to Rendlesham Radio Specials: Show #2' Hour 1

In 2010 and 2011, 'Behind the Paranormal with Paul & Ben Eno' presented this historic series to mark the 30th anniversary of the Rendlesham Forest UFO incidents (RFI) of 1980, in which US Air Force personnel, including high-ranking officers, encountered dramatic UFO sightings, landings and (some believe) missing time. The series brought listeners a number of firsts, including Col. Charles Halt and Larry Warren on the air together for the first time, and Nick Pope apologizing to the eyewitnesses on behalf of the British Government. On this second three-hour special, which also brought in Para-X Radio for the extra two hours, hosts Dave Jones co-hosted with Paul & Ben Eno. On the panel were RFI eyewitnesses, USAF security policemen on-scene Jim Penniston, John Burroughs and Larry Warren. Also on the show were UFO researchers and RFI experts Peter Robbins, Bill Birnes and Nick Pope. This second show was also filled with bizarre interference that CBS engineers at a brand-new studio in Detroit could not explain. It was so severe that the third hour has been lost. After this, CBS Radio pulled the plug, and the series had to move to an Internet-based network. ...
